Public speaking and media skills
We encourage all volunteers to master our landmark ‘Islamophobia – causes and cures’ presentation. Once you’ve been assessed on your delivery of it, you can present it publicly too. We have already presented it to over 30,000 people. We may even put you on the media too!

MEND’s technical prowess is Alhamdolillah unparalleled in the UK. We will train you on our briefing papers, numerous election manifestos, masterclasses, advanced training courses and much more. Best of all, it’s all free!

Local Police Force
MEND successfully lobbied to ensure police forces across the UK record Islamophobia as a separate category of crime (similar to racism and anti-Semitism). We now work with police forces to ensure Islamophobia is reported, recorded and tackled properly.

Local Councils
MEND works with local councils across the UK to ensure Islamophobia forms part of their hate crime strategy.

Schools and Universities
MEND has created bespoke Islamophobia content for schools which teachers now use across the UK as part of PSHE sessions. We also deliver presentations at dozens of Universities each year.
