Newham Mend presents a presentation on the causes and cures of Islamophobia. In recent years, the level of Islamophobia has risen to unacceptable levels. In Newham itself, recent figures show over a 60% increase in reported Islamophobic incidents. Join us for this important presentation to discuss what we feel are the causes for the increase in Islamophobia around the UK and what we as Muslims can do to counter this rise.
