About this event:
This Islamophobia Awareness Month, the Haringey Stand Up to Racism group and Masjid Ayesha are getting together with MEND to talk about Islamophobia, what it is, how it has affected the Muslim community as well as the wider community. This will also be an opportunity to draw the parallels of discrimination between racism and Islamophobia as a type of racism as well as discussing what we can all do as a community to help tackle this issue and create better community cohesion.
