A very interesting and engaging event took place on 23rd November at the Leeds Friends Quaker Meeting House, opposite Leeds University. It was a very well attended event from a range of people from different backgrounds. The keynote presentation was delivered by the Regional Manager of MEND, and with input from Dr David Randolph-Horn, chair of Concord – an interfaith organisation with the aim of increasing dialogue and understanding between the different faith groups in Leeds.
This event was organised by our Leeds Wider-Community engagement team, who are very passionate about bringing the different faith and culturally based communities together on a mutual platform of unity and interaction. The keynote presentation was followed by a lengthy Q & A session with input from a range of individuals.
A great event overall!
