Media Masterclass in Newport

MEND in collaboration with Young Muslim & Community Organisation (YMCO), organised the first Media masterclasses in Newport on the 14th of April 2018. The masterclass covered topics such us the influence of the media, the regulatory bodies of print and broadcast media. It also, included interactive workshop on how to write and effective complaints and suggested ways of moving forward in order to have better regulatory bodies of the media to lessen the impact of irresponsible media reporting on minorities, including Muslims.
