Jamia Mosque and Islamic Centre Birmingham Islamophobia Presentation

With Islamophobia on the rise, mosques across the UK are recognising the need to understand ways to tackle and report the crime.

On 19th January, Birmingham’s Jamia Masjid and Islamic Centre, invited MEND to give a presentation to its congregation, staff and imams on the causes and cures of Islamophobia. With detailed facts, case studies and information on how to report Islamophobia, the audience was grateful and many signed up to volunteer with MEND.
