Islamophobia exhibitions were held during democracy week between the 14th and the 16th of March 2018, at Cardiff and Vale College (CAVC) at both Cardiff and Barry Island campuses. The exhibition highlighted the root causes of Islamophobia, the tools to tackle it and illustrated British Muslim contributions to WWI, WWII and the wider society. The students were actively engaging with the exhibitions, especially during lunch time. Moreover, MEND delivered politics masterclasses at CAVC to politics, ethics and philosophy students. The students found the politics masterclass helpful and incorporated elements of the class into their assignments.
