IAM2017 Challenging Workplace Discrimination at KPMG

On the 21^st of November a dialogue was opened about workplace discrimination at a ground-breaking event at KPMG.  Founder of MEND Sufyan Ismail spoke alongside the Head of People for KPMG Anna Purchas and KPMG ISOC partner Siddiq Musa. Sufyan highlighted some of the challenges Muslims face in the workplace, what KPMG have done to mitigate these challenges and what more needs to be done. This has now opened doors for MEND to create a positive change within the corporate sector to help tackled issues that Muslim face in a sector where Muslims unfortunately are disproportionately underrepresented.
