The Welsh government commissioned the Well-being of Future Generations Act which requires public bodies in Wales to think about the long-term impact of their decisions, to work better with communities and to prevent persistent problems such as poverty and inequalities. MEND was invited to take part in developing the Future Generation Act manifesto to put forward recommendations and additional perspectives and idea to tackle Islamophobia specifically and inequalities generally.
