Waltham Forest

Waltham Forest MEND seeks to empower the local Muslim community to tackle Islamophobia through building relationships with like minded institutes. We have consistently been the most active and innovative of all MEND groups in the country.

We frequently present information on the causes and cures of Islamophobia and are willing to host media and politics workshops – free of charge – for members of the local community.

We are proud to have worked   with a range of organisations including the NUT, Stand up to racism, WF council of mosques, St Barnabas Church and several councillors.

We are an evolving group which is keen to add to, and employ, skills from the community in Waltham Forest.
