Police appeal after suspected racist incident in Glasgow newsagents shop

BBC News and news website Glasgow Live report on a police appeal following an alleged racist incident at Zayaan’s newsagents in Eglinton Street, Glasgow.
The websites report that police have released the CCTV image of a man they are keen to speak to in connection with inquiries into a racially motivated incident at the shop at around 7.25pm on June 9, 2016.
The man police are keen to trace is described as “white, 5’7, with dark brown hair. He was wearing grey coloured tracksuit bottoms and a light coloured top.”
Officers are appealing for anyone who recognises the image to contact them on 101. Or alternatively, to call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously.
