BBC News reports on the arrest of a 41 year old male in connection with a suspected arson attack on a cultural centre in Bishopbriggs, in Glasgow, days after the Paris attacks last November.
The centre, also known as Al Sarouk, is used as a mosque by locals and was set alight in the early hours on 17 November 2015.
Police were treating the fire as “suspicious” with possible hate crime being “one line of inquiry”.
No further details are available yet about the man arrested in connection with the incident or any hate crime charges.
