Creating a respectful environment and facilitating discussions about Palestine in Schools: MEND publishes guidance to schools

In recent weeks, MEND have received hundreds of reports from students and parents across the country highlighting the approach of many schools in curtailing or prohibiting expressions of Palestinian solidarity and shutting down debate rather than engaging in a civil and respectful dialogue about the current situation in Occupied Palestine.

MEND has thus produced a brief guide detailing considerations and recommendations that schools may find helpful in ensuring that all students are provided with the opportunity to express their views, ask questions, and exchange ideas in a positive atmosphere.
