This evening will encompass talks to deepen your recognition of emotional and psychological abuse\, motivational talks on releasing yourself from abuse\, workshops to empower yourself and a Q&A session with all speakers. Whether you are  a revert suffering from Islamophobic rejection by family or you / someone you know is struggling with domestic abuse; join Mending Communities for an evening that aims to bring solace and support. \nGuest speakers: \nAlba Sandobal: Qualified  Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and  a Master Coach of NLP. \nRahmanara Chowdhury: Author of ‘Qawwamoon\, Protectors and Maintainers’\, specialist in Domestic Abuse Counselling and faith based DV recovery. \nHina Jenejo: Cognitive Behavior Therapy and NLP coach\, Qualified Life Coach and TV presenter \n  \nPlease note you must register via the link to attend this event. \nNo children above the age of 2yrs old due to sensitive topic.
