We recognise that there is no place for such hatred in society\, and celebrate the response which counteracts extremist narrative in a positive way\, bringing people together and celebrating unity and diversity by #Standingtogether. \nThe event will have food stalls\, speeches from Police\, Council and MEND members\, spoken word and a selfie frame. \n  \nEvent objectives: \n\nBring people together in a positive manner\nCelebrate the diversity of Muslims \nReassure individuals who have concerns about these letters\nHighlight ways we can become more proactive to tackle hate crime
